Montgomery YMCA Barracudas Scrip Program

Do you buy groceries each month?  Gasoline for the car each week?  Then MYB has a fundraising program for you!  Order "Cash Cards or Certificates" to use at local businesses you visit every week.  Easy to do - for example, you get a $25 card for Winn Dixie, you pay $25 to MYB plus $1 shipping charge, get the card and then MYB gets a 4% "rebate" from Winn Dixie - at no cost to you!  (Rebates vary by retailer - most are between 3-8%!)

 Program rules and guidelines (Enrollment Form ):

1.                    Each family will be provided a unique customer ID number (we will use your phone number).  This number must appear on all orders you submit to ensure your purchases are accurately recorded. Money raised for team will be deducted from your fund raising obligation.

2.                    All certificate orders must be accompanied by a check or money order made payable to Montgomery YMCA Barracudas.  There is a $1 shipping charge per order.  Please do not send cash.  Scrip certificate payments are not tax deductible because you receive dollar for dollar value.

3.                    Scrip certificates are purchased on your behalf, and are not returnable.

4.                    When you pick up your scrip certificates, open your order and verify its accuracy.  In the unlikely event you should find a discrepancy in your scrip order, please contact the MYB Scrip Program coordinator, Carol Coleman, within 5 days.

5.                    Scrip certificates are the same as cash, and should be handled accordingly.  MYB will not be responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen or misplaced while in your possession. 

6.                    Orders should be placed in Scrip Folder by Wednesday of each week and scrip cards will be delivered on Wednesdays of each week.
