MYB Opt In Form 

What is the MYB Opt In Form? The Montgomery YMCA Barracuda Swim Team (MYB)  Opt In Form is a form completed by the swimmer/parent  to notify the coach a swimmer is attending a particular swim meet.  The team has two types of meets:

• TEAM MEET - this means ALL MYB SWIMMERS can enter in these meets.
• QUALIFIERS MEET - this means ALL MYB SWIMMERS WITH QUALIFYING TIMES  can enter in these meets.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SWIMMER/PARENT TO OPT INTO A SWIM MEET BY COMPLETING AN OPT IN FORM.

The Meet Entry Chairperson MUST have your OPT IN Form (via email or paper copy) 30 Calendar days before the meet. **If you miss the deadline, it may be possible to deck enter at the meet. Late fees will apply.
